Stroke, also known as "stroke" and "cerebrovascular accident", is a group of acute cerebrovascular diseases caused by ischemia and hemorrhagic injury of brain tissue and cerebrovascular stenosis, occlusion, rupture of the cerebral blood vessels caused by cerebral circulatory disorders, which leads to neurological deficits.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meets the diagnostic criteria for stroke in the "2019 Key Points for the Diagnosis of Major Cerebrovascular Diseases in China" and is confirmed by CT/MRI examination; 2. Age >=18 years; 3. Stroke course within 14 days to 6 months; 4. Presence of oral frailty, OFI-8 >= 4 points; 5. The patient or their legal guardian is informed and gives consent, and signs the informed consent form;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Presence of oral tumors, active oral ulcers, severe periodontitis, acute oral mucosal infections, or unhealed post-oral surgery status; 2.Patients with severe heart, lung, liver, or kidney failure or undergoing palliative care; 3.Presence of severe physical disability or mental disorder preventing cooperation with the intervention implementer; 4.Patients with tracheal intubation or an unsealed tracheostomy; 5.Patients requiring tube feeding (including nasogastric tube, nasojejunal tube, gastrostomy, jejunostomy, etc.); 6.Currently participating in other interventional clinical studies targeting oral function;
