DOT Group:DOT spectacle lenses were worn >=10 hours during the daytime

8 Years to 14 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 8–14 years; 2. spherical equivalent refraction -1.0D to -6.0D; 3. astigmatism = 1.0; 5. no other ocular diseases except myopia and astigmatism; 6. no previous ocular surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined use of medications for myopia progression control; 2. history of active ocular inflammation, ocular trauma, or ocular surgery; 3. unable to comply with regular follow-up and evaluation as required.
