Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >=18 years old, gender not restricted; 2. Patients diagnosed with pancreatic cancer within two years after acute pancreatitis; 3. Select patients with acute pancreatitis who meet the "International Consensus on Classification and Definition of Acute Pancreatitis - 2012 Atlanta Revision" and those with pancreatic cancer who comply with the "Diagnosis and Treatment Specifications for Pancreatic Cancer (2018 Edition)"; 4. The disease onset was acute pancreatitis; 5. No history of severe heart, brain, lung, liver, kidney diseases or other malignant tumors of any organs; 6. Follow-up for more than two years.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Previously diagnosed with pancreatic tumor or other malignant tumors; 2. Not meeting the diagnostic criteria for patients with acute pancreatitis or pancreatic cancer; 3. Patients who do not present with acute pancreatitis as the initial symptom; 4. Patients with incomplete clinical data; 5. Follow-up period less than two years.;
