Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.PCV group: (1) Age >=50 years; (2) Fundus examination shows orange-red lesions in the fundus combined with choroidal neovascularization fundus manifestations such as exudation and hemorrhage; (3) Imaging examination shows polypoid dilatation lesions accompanied by choroidal thickening and pachyvessels in Haller layer; (4) Able to cooperate in completing imaging examinations such as OCT and cooperate in blood sample collection; (5) Agree to the study and sign the informed consent form. 2.Typical nAMD group: (1) Age >=50 years; (2) Fundus examination shows fundus manifestations related to choroidal neovascularization, such as exudation and hemorrhage; (3) Imaging examination shows that it does not meet the phenotype characteristics of thick choroid: no obvious choroidal thickening and no significant dilation of large vessels in Haller's layer, and no polypoid dilatation lesions; (4) Able to complete imaging examinations such as OCT and blood sample collection; (5) Agree to the study and sign the informed consent form. 3.Control group: (1) Age >=50 years; (2) Subjects who underwent normal eye examination at our center; (3) No obvious lesions were found in fundus examination; (4) Able to cooperate in completing imaging examinations and blood sample collection; (5) Agree to the study and sign informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.PCV group: (1) Comorbid other diseases affecting the choroid or retina, such as: high myopia CNV, diabetic retinopathy, retinal vein occlusion, uveitis, etc.; (2) Comorbid systemic diseases, such as active inflammation, autoimmune diseases, malignant tumors or severe infections, etc.; (3) Recent (within 6 months) use of systemic drugs that cause retinal choroidal toxicity or affect systemic metabolism, such as immunosuppressants, antitumor drugs and anticoagulants, etc.; (4) Severe turbidity of refractive media affecting image quality; (5) Refractive error exceeding the range (equivalent spherical lens 3D). 2.Typical nAMD group: (1) Comorbid other diseases affecting the choroid or retina, such as: high myopic CNV, diabetic retinopathy, retinal vein occlusion, uveitis, etc.; (2) Comorbid systemic diseases, such as active inflammation, autoimmune diseases, malignant tumors or severe infections, etc.; (3) Recent (within 6 months) use of systemic drugs that can cause retinal choroidal toxicity or affect systemic metabolism, such as immunosuppressants, antitumor drugs and anticoagulants, etc.; (4) Severe turbidity of refractive media affecting image quality; (5) Refractive error exceeding the range (equivalent spherical lens 3D). 3.Control group: (1) Any ocular disease other than cataract, such as retinopathy, glaucoma, uveitis, etc.; (2) Any previous intraocular treatment, etc.; (3) Systemic diseases, such as active inflammation, autoimmune diseases, malignant tumors or severe infections, etc.; (4) Recent (within 6 months) use of systemic drugs that cause retinal choroidal toxicity or affect systemic metabolism, such as immunosuppressants, antitumor drugs and anticoagulants, etc.; (5) Refractive error exceeding the range (equivalent spherical lens 3D).
