Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with newly diagnosed myeloproliferative neoplasms (MPN); 2. Aged 18 to 70 years; 3. All enrolled patients must provide written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with chronic myeloid leukemia (CML); 2.Patients who are non-compliant or have poor compliance.
