0.05% atropine once at night group:Apply 0.05% atropine to the eyes once at night

8 Years to 12 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 8-12 years; 2. The refractive error of myopia is >= -1.00 D, with astigmatism = 1.0; 3. Absence of other relevant retinal or optic nerve diseases; no history of glaucoma, uveitis, ocular trauma, or intraocular surgery; no pathological myopia; 4. Voluntary participation with informed consent obtained from legal guardians.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Has amblyopia, glaucoma, congenital cataract, strabismus, retinal and choroidal diseases, congenital eye development abnormalities, etc.; 2. Patients who have undergone intraocular surgery; 3. Has systemic diseases such as hypertension or diabetes that cause damage; 4. Patient has mental or cognitive impairment, or parents are unable to cooperate; 5. Has eye conditions such as conjunctivitis, severe corneal or conjunctival infection, entropion, or trichiasis; 6. Allergic to atropine medication; 7. Wears orthokeratology lenses, has undergone low-intensity red light therapy; 8. Has accommodative strain.
