Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. College students aged 18 to 25 who are currently enrolled in a certain university; 2. Currently a registered member of the school football team, rope skipping team or aerobics team, with regular specialized training experience (continuous training for >= 6 months); 3. Be capable of independently completing the assessment operations required in this study, such as intelligent motion capture, plantar pressure gait, and digital body examination of joint ligaments; 4. Voluntarily participate in this study and sign a written informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. There is a history of severe upper limb, lower limb or spinal injury (such as less than one year after fracture surgery, ACL reconstruction surgery, intervertebral disc protrusion with nerve root symptoms, etc.); 2. There was acute musculoskeletal injury or the patient was in a significant pain attack period (NRS = 7 points) within 4 weeks prior to the assessment; 3. Suffering from severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, uncontrolled hypertension, arrhythmia or other internal diseases that make it impossible to tolerate exercise training; 4. Those who have mental or psychological disorders or cognitive impairments and are unable to cooperate in completing the assessment and training; 5. During the research period, one is currently participating in other clinical research or rehabilitation training programs that may interfere with the results of this study; 6. Other circumstances that the researcher deems unsuitable for inclusion in this study.
