Mobile phone dependence behavior in males undergoing IVF treatment

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Males who are planning to undergo IVF treatment for the first time and score =52 on the Mobile Phone Addiction Index (MPAI), indicating moderate mobile phone dependence; 2. The female partner has not yet started the ovarian stimulation cycle ; 3. Have at least a junior high school education level and possess adequate visual, auditory, reading, writing, and speaking abilities; 4. Willing to accept random group assignment, provide informed consent, and voluntarily participate in this research study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Presence of severe hematological diseases, malignant tumors, or serious internal or surgical comorbidities; 2. Diagnosis of psychiatric disorders or cognitive impairment; 3. Prior experience with mindfulness or meditation practice; 4. Engagement in occupations associated with mobile phone dependence, such as ride-hailing drivers, live-streaming hosts, food delivery riders, etc.; 5. Currently participating in other clinical studies.
