Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meeting the diagnostic criteria for ACL injury (ACLI); 2. Age range: 15 to 50 years old; 3. Hospitalized patients scheduled for ACLR surgery; 4. Undergoing ACLR with autologous hamstring tendon grafts, with concomitant procedures permitted (e.g., meniscus plasty or suture, loose body removal, chondroplasty, or intercondylar notchplasty); 5. Clear consciousness, self-care ability, and tolerance to surgery; 6. Exclusion of surgical contraindications based on relevant laboratory and imaging examinations; 7. Voluntary participation in the study, willingness to cooperate with treatment and follow-up, and signing of informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. History of previous knee surgery; 3. Bilateral knee ligament injuries or combined surgical procedures involving posterior cruciate ligament (PCL) reconstruction or medial/lateral collateral ligament (MCL/LCL) reconstruction; 3. Comorbid knee osteoarthritis; 4. Presence of infection; 5. Severe cardiovascular or cerebrovascular diseases, pulmonary infection, or other conditions precluding tolerance to anesthesia.
