Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age over 45 years old; 2. Subjects with no history of organ disease or drug allergies, and no history of drug abuse or heavy smoking/drinking; 3. Subjects deemed healthy by the investigator based on physical examination, laboratory tests, 12-lead electrocardiogram, and vital signs assessment; 4. No use of any prescription drugs, over-the-counter medications, or traditional Chinese patent medicines within 2 weeks prior to the trial.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Smoking, alcohol abuse, excessive drinking of strong tea, coffee and caffeinated beverages during the 6 months before screening and during the trial; 2. History of prescription drug abuse and illegal drugs abuse within the 6 months before screening; 3. Subjects who are participating in other clinical trials; 4. Researchers believe that other reasons are not suitable for clinical trials.
