Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Registered nurses currently employed with continuous service time >=6 months in the emergency department; 2. Possession of a smartphone and proficiency in operating mobile applications; 3. Voluntary participation and signing of a written informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Currently participating in other similar behavioral intervention studies; 2. Regular physical exercise within the past 3 months; 3. Presence of skeletal system disorders; 4. Current use of antipsychotic medications or psychological therapy within the past 3 months; 5. Meeting DSM-5 diagnostic criteria; Pregnancy or within 6 months postpartum; 6. Situations where clinicians determine unsuitability for participation (e.g., severe cardiovascular diseases)
