Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Born at a gestational age of 26 to 32 weeks and admitted to the hospital within 24 hours after birth;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Complicated with congenital diseases (such as genetic or chromosomal abnormalities, congenital gastrointestinal malformations); 2.presence of multiple severe complications (including severe asphyxia, intracranial lesions, and intestinal obstruction, etc.); 3.abandonment of further treatment or request for transfer to another hospital during the treatment course;
