Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Underwent surgery for the removal of a thyroid mass; 2.The postoperative pathological diagnosis was papillary thyroid carcinoma. 3.Gender not limited, age = 18 years old; 4. Patients with papillary thyroid carcinoma (PTC) and healthy controls (HC).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients whose postoperative pathology showed follicular thyroid cancer, poorly differentiated carcinoma, or other pathological subtypes; 2. Patients without laboratory or pathological data; 3. Patients with multiple primary cancers;
