Nurses (nurses engaged in pulmonary rehabilitation training):An implementation strategy package developed in the previous phase to promote nurses’ delivery of Liuzijue pulmonary rehabilitation trainin
Patients (patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease):Nurse-guided Liuzijue pulmonary rehabilitation training for 3 months.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Nurse Inclusion Criteria: 1. More than 3 years of specialized work experience; 2. Received systematic training in pulmonary rehabilitation; 3. Possess registered nurse qualification; 4. Voluntarily participate in this study and sign the informed consent form. Patient Inclusion Criteria: 1. Diagnosed with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) by a physician; 2. Age = 40 years; 3. Aware of their condition, have normal cognitive function, and are able to cooperate in completing the questionnaire; 4. Voluntarily participate in this study and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Nurse Exclusion Criteria: 1. Working in administrative, secretarial, logistical, or other non-clinical roles; 2. Lack of educational background in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM); 3. Unable to guarantee the time required for participation in the study. Patient Exclusion Criteria: 1. Suffering from other diseases with significant respiratory symptoms besides COPD, such as asthma, lung cancer, tuberculosis, etc.; 2. Patients with severe complications, such as respiratory failure, massive hemoptysis, or failure of other organs; 3. History of or current malignancy in other parts of the body; 4. Experienced other major traumatic events recently.
