Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age 9-40 years old, both sexes; 2.No systemic disease or periodontal disease was found. Pulp necrosis was diagnosed according to clinical examination, and Nolla stage was 7-9. The diameter of periapical lesion was 2-10mm. Finally, no post-core restoration was needed. The compliance of patients/parents and guardians was good; 3.Not allergic to the medications required for treatment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Trauma; 2.Fissure; 3.Root split; 4.Pregnant or willing to give birth within 1 year, lactating women; 5.Persons with mental or intellectual disability; 6.Unable to determine the efficacy or affect the efficacy or safety evaluation; 7.They also participated in other clinical trials.
