Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The patient or their legal guardian has signed the informed consent form; 2. EBV-DNA in peripheral blood or plasma > 500 copies/ml; 3. Lymphoid tissue pathology clearly diagnoses early lesions of PTLD, polymorphic PTLD, and CD20+ monomorphic PTLD (DLBCL); 4. Positive for EBER in situ hybridization.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. CD20- monomorphic PTLD, classical Hodgkin lymphoma, and primary central nervous system lymphoma; 2. Presence of active hepatitis B virus infection; 3. Inability to comply with the study protocol for treatment and specimen collection.
