18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Sign the "Informed Consent Form"; 2. Age >= 18 years and <= 80 years, regardless of gender; 3. Initial diagnosis of pancreatic cancer confirmed by histopathological and/or cytological examination; 4. Presence of at least one measurable disease site.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with other systemic malignancies; 2. Non-primary pancreatic cancer patients; 3. Patients with pathology-confirmed non-pancreatic adenocarcinoma; 4. Patients lacking contrast-enhanced CT scans within one month prior to surgery.
