18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 65 years; 2. Agree to participate in this study and voluntarily sign the relevant informed consent form; 3. Patients with a polysomnography result showing AHI < 5 events/hour will be assigned to the control group; among those diagnosed with OSAS, those who agree to receive CPAP treatment will be enrolled in the CPAP-treated group, and those who do not agree to receive CPAP treatment will be enrolled in the untreated OSAS group; 4. Right-handed individuals.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Involuntary participation in this study; 2. Regular smoking and/or regular alcohol consumption and/or irregular diet or sleep schedule; 3. Suffering from other sleep disorders; 4. Suffering from other uncontrolled clinical diseases; 5. Having other diseases that affect cognitive function; 6. Long-term use of psychotropic medications or presence of other drug abuse; 7. Long-term use of medications that affect sleep; 8. Having contraindications to MRI examination or inability to tolerate the procedure; 9. Inability to cooperate with the examinations.
