15 Years to 44 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed with breast cancer and exhibiting cognitive impairment (FACT-cog <75); 2. Patients aged 15-44 years; 3. Second cycle of chemotherapy (with a 21-day interval from the first cycle); 4. Stable condition, willing and able to participate in the trial, and have signed an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Comorbidities (severe dysfunction of organs such as heart, liver, or kidneys, psychiatric disorders, etc.); 2. Significant language impairment or visual/auditory deficits; 3. Concurrent metastases to other sites or distant cancer metastases; 4. Limb dysfunction or motor impairment, as well as other conditions preventing completion of motor exercises.
