Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 60 years; 2. Received invasive mechanical ventilation, with an expected ventilation time >= 48 hours; 3. Stayed in the intensive care unit for >= 3 days; 4. Patients' family members are fully informed about the research content.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Presence of unstable fractures, severe craniocerebral injury, pulmonary embolism, deep vein thrombosis, active bleeding, or other conditions requiring immobilization or activity restriction. 2. Expected short-term treatment cessation: Mechanical ventilation withdrawal, treatment abandonment, or ICU transfer anticipated within 24 hours after enrollment. 3. Previous trial participation: Participation in related clinical trials within the past 90 days (to avoid duplicate inclusion affecting results). 4.
