18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Male or female patients aged between 18 and 80 years. 2. Patients with histologically or cytologically confirmed colon or rectal adenocarcinoma who are not eligible for curative treatment and are referred for colorectal surgery. 3. Prior chemotherapy, immunotherapy, or targeted therapy is permitted. 4. Patients who are able to understand and willing to sign a written informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Uncontrolled comorbid conditions, including but not limited to ongoing or active infection, symptomatic congestive heart failure, unstable angina pectoris, cardiac arrhythmia, or psychiatric/social conditions that may limit compliance with study requirements. 2. Female subjects who are pregnant or breastfeeding. Subjects must be confirmed as non-pregnant by a negative serum ß-human chorionic gonadotropin (ß-hCG) pregnancy test obtained during the screening period. 3. Any other conditions that, in the investigator’s judgment, make the subject unsuitable for participation in this study (e.g., expected survival time <24 hours).
