18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age range between 18 and 75 years old; 2. Patients with calcium oxalate stones undergoing surgical treatment in a hospital; 3. Postoperative CT confirming residual stones of 2-8 mm; 4. Stone recurrence = 2 times in the past 2 years; 5. Voluntarily signed informed consent; 6. Complete clinical data can be obtained.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The composition of the stones is confirmed to be infectious stones; 2. Patients with renal insufficiency (eGFR < 60); 3. Patients with intestinal diseases affecting oxalate absorption; 4. Patients who are unwilling or unable to sign the informed consent form and refuse to participate in this study.
