Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed with colorectal cancer according to the Chinese Protocol for Diagnosis and Treatment of Colorectal Cancer (2023 Edition) and confirmed by pathological examination. 2. Age >= 60 years. 3. Patients with no communication barriers who can complete the Comprehensive Geriatric Assessment (CGA) independently or with assistance. 4. Patients who voluntarily participate in the study and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe acute/critical illnesses or end-stage diseases (e.g., severe heart failure, renal failure, liver failure, etc.). 2. Patients with severe mental illness or significant cognitive impairment who are unable to cooperate with the investigation. 3. Patients who have received systemic nutritional intervention or major surgical treatment recently (within the last 3 months).
