Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Registered nurses providing clinical care within a hospital setting; 2. Employed full-time, with clinical nursing experience of more than 3 months but less than 3 years; 3. In good physical and mental health status.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Concurrent participation in other research studies. 2. Trainee Nurses.
