Male

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Pathological diagnosis of prostate cancer; 2. Newly diagnosed metastatic hormone-sensitive prostate cancer detected by imaging; 3. Undergo 68Ga-PSMA PET/CT imaging within 30 days before starting novel endocrine therapy; 4. Receiving novel endocrine therapy as first-line systemic therapy; 5. Complete clinical and follow-up data; 6. ECOG performance status <= 2.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined with other malignant tumors; 2. Poor image quality of 68Ga-PSMA PET/CT; 3. Have received any anti-cancer treatment; 4. History of allergic reactions to chemotherapy drugs or contrast agents; 5. Severe organ dysfunction, such as heart, lung, liver, or kidney dysfunction; 6. Incomplete clinical pathological data.
