Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 18 years 2. Underwent corresponding surgery due to trauma (trauma caused by mechanical factors, e.g., impact, incision, fall) 3. Able to understand the Numeric Rating Scale (NRS) system and correctly describe pain intensity
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Requiring long-term ICU treatment (>24 hours) postoperatively due to severe complications. 2. Long-term use of psychotropic or opioid drugs (=3 months) prior to trauma. 3. Patient refusal or loss to follow-up.
