Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Critical Patients Admitted to the Intensive Care Unit; 2.Age >= 18 years; 3.Carbapenem-resistant Gram-negative bacterial infections; 4.Receive treatment with elacycline;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.allergic to elacycline; 2.Carbapenem-resistant Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Morganella morganii, Proteus, Providencia and other infections; 3.Undergoing plasma exchange treatment; 4.Pregnancy; 5.Refuse to participate;
