Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Healthy premolars extracted for orthodontic treatment needs; 2.The patient is over 18 years old but not over 50 years old; 3.Informed consent for inclusion in the study and willingness to cooperate in completing follow-up;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.The extracted teeth have enamel caries, underdevelopment, defects, fractures, and significant wear problems; 2.Suffering from systemic diseases or serious complications; 3.physical disability; 4.Pregnancy and lactation period; 5.xerostomia; 6.Communication barriers or poor compliance;
