Patients with primary breast cancer (After complete resection of tumor tissue, a small portion of tumor tissue is taken and sent to the laboratory for isolation and cultivation of primary):None

Exclusion criteria: 1.Tumors without other primary lesions; 2.Healthy adults need to exclude diseases such as tumors, infectious diseases, and inflammation;
