Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Student Status: Full-time enrolled students in secondary vocational schools; 2.Class Affiliation: Students belonging to one of the six target classes selected for this study; 3.Informed Consent: Both the students and their legal guardians voluntarily signed written informed consent forms (agreeing to the use of their data for research purposes).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Health Constraints: Students who were unable to maintain regular school attendance due to severe physical illnesses or severe mental disorders; 2.Lack of Consent: Students or their legal guardians who refused to sign the informed consent form. (Note: These students attended the classes as usual, but their assessment data were strictly excluded and not incorporated into the final research sample.)
