Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. COPD patients diagnosed by pulmonary function tests (meeting the GOLD diagnostic criteria: FEV1/FVC =40 years old; 3. Use inhalation preparations for >=6 months; 4. In the stable stage of COPD (no acute exacerbation within 4 weeks before enrollment); 5. The Mini-Cog cognitive function screening score is >=3 points; 6. Participate voluntarily and sign the informed consent form;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Combined asthma-COPD overlap (ACO); 2.The Mini-Cog cognitive function screening score is less than 3 points; 3.In the acute exacerbation stage of COPD or less than 4 weeks after discharge; 4.Severe mental disorders (such as schizophrenia and bipolar disorder) are currently under treatment; 5.There are severe sensory impairments (blindness, severe deafness) that prevent the completion of questionnaires or inhalation operation demonstrations; 6.Currently participating in other clinical research;
