Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Middle-aged and elderly individuals aged 55 and above, regardless of gender; 2. Currently residing in Changzhou Economic and Technological Development Zone and its surrounding areas; 3. Able to comprehend the study, complete follow-ups, and voluntarily sign an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe mental disorders; 2. Individuals with advanced tumors, severe infections, and other conditions who are unable to cooperate with screening; 3. Explicitly refuse screening, follow-up, and those with poor compliance; 4. Participants in the same type of AD special screening within the past 3 months
