Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.All patients underwent pathological biopsy and met the consensus-recommended diagnostic criteria for HER2-positive breast cancer; 2.Patients were aged >= 18 years with complete clinical data.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Pregnant women, lactating women and women preparing for pregnancy; 2.Patients complicated with other malignant tumors; 3.Patients with cardiac, hepatic or renal failure, or those complicated with multiple sclerosis and systemic lupus erythematosus; 4.Patients allergic to therapeutic drugs or those suffering non-tumor-related death during treatment; 5.Patients with a past medical history of mental disorders or consciousness disorders.
