Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Meeting the 1987 American College of Rheumatology (ACR) classification criteria for RA or the 2010 ACR/EULAR revised classification criteria for RA; 2.Receiving monotherapy with methotrexate or iguratimod, without the use of calcium or vitamin D preparations; 3.Being followed up after 6 months and/or 18 months of treatment with complete data available.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Incomplete examination data. 2.Patients with severe liver or kidney dysfunction, Cushing's syndrome, thyroid and parathyroid disorders, malignant tumors, or other conditions affecting bone metabolism.
