Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 18 years old, and have signed the informed consent form; 2. Meet the diagnostic criteria for ILD as per international guidelines (such as ATS/ERS), and be confirmed by HRCT and/or lung biopsy; 3. Able to cooperate in completing pulmonary function tests, cardiac imaging examinations and follow-up.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Include other severe heart and lung diseases (such as left heart failure, congenital heart disease, severe COPD, pulmonary embolism); 2. Active malignant tumors or life expectancy less than 1 year; 3. Pregnant or lactating women; 4. Those who cannot complete follow-up or whose data collection is incomplete.
