Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >= 55 years; 2. Acute or subacute osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture confirmed by radiographic imaging (X-ray, CT, and/or MRI) combined with clinical findings; 3. Meeting indications for percutaneous vertebroplasty (PVP) performed by the same surgical team; 4. Normal cognitive function.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with traumatic fractures complicated by nerve root or spinal cord injury; 2. Cases with vertebral infection, osteoblastic tumors, or a history of tuberculosis confirmed by imaging; 3. Individuals with severe cardiopulmonary insufficiency, significant coagulopathy, or severe renal failure; 4. Cases developing serious perioperative complications such as postoperative infection or nerve injury; 5. Patients undergoing interbody fusion or internal fixation at the PVP level; 6. Cases with incomplete clinical or imaging data.
