Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 18 years, male or female; 2. Patients who meet the indications for digital subtraction angiography (DSA) of the cerebral vessels, have no contraindications, and are scheduled to undergo transradial approach cerebral angiography; 3. Muscle strength grade 5; 4. Positive modified Allen test; 5. Alert and conscious, able to communicate normally and cooperate with the procedure; 6. Provide written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Presence of infection at the radial artery puncture site, local trauma, or arteriovenous fistula in the right upper extremity 2. Severe peripheral vascular disease 3. Severe coagulation disorders 4. Emergency surgery or hemodynamic instability
