Interventions

Oliceridine Group:When closing the skin after the operation,patients in Group O received intravenous injection of 2mg of oliceridine fumarate Injection

Fentanyl Group:When closing the skin after the operation,patients in Group F received intravenous injection of 0.1mg fentanyl citrate injection

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age range: 18-80 years old; 2. ASA classification II-III; 3. Planned elective laparoscopic radical resection for colorectal cancer.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Allergic to opioid drugs; 2. Severe liver and kidney dysfunction; 3. History of local anesthetic allergy; 4. Recent use of antipsychotic drugs, alcohol abuse or drug abuse; 5. Abnormal coagulation function; 6. History of chronic pain and recent use of analgesics; 7. Not cooperating or unable to understand VAS scoreand QoR - 40 score; 8. Severe Respiratory system diseases or respiratory depression.
