Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. According to the "Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Dilated Cardiomyopathy": "(1) Left ventricular end-diastolic diameter (LVEDd) >5.0 cm (female) and LVEDd >5.5 cm (male) (or greater than 117% of the predicted value based on age and body surface area, i.e., 2 SD above the predicted value 5%); (2) LVEF <45% (Simpson's method), LVFS <25%; (3) Excluding hypertension, valvular heart disease, congenital heart disease, or ischemic heart disease at onset" confirms the diagnosis of DCM.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Arrhythmia; 2.Poor image quality; 3.Combined with other primary cardiomyopathies.
