65 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed with chronic heart failure; 2. Aged 65-90 years; 3. Having normal communication abilities; 4. New York Heart Association (NYHA) functional class II-IV (patients with class I heart function are not included because their daily physical activities do not cause obvious symptoms such as shortness of breath or fatigue).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined malignant tumors or dysfunction of important organs; 2. Past or current mental or psychological disorders; 3. After heart transplantation; 4. Recently experienced major life events (such as divorce, widowhood, or the death of a loved one).
