25 Years to 40 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Gestational age >= 28 weeks, with regular prenatal care at our hospital. 2. Mild intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy (ICP): serum total bile acid level >10 mmol/L and =40 mmol/L. 3. Age range: 25-40 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Incomplete clinical data; 2. Fetal congenital malformations; 3. Multiple gestation; 4. Various acute or chronic liver diseases (including Wilson's disease, cholecystitis, primary sclerosing cholangitis, primary biliary cholangitis, alpha-1 antitrypsin deficiency, symptomatic cholelithiasis, cytomegalovirus infection, Epstein–Barr virus infection, autoimmune hepatitis, and acute fatty liver of pregnancy); 5. Concurrent pregnancy-related comorbidities that may elevate inflammatory markers, such as gestational hypertension, gestational diabetes mellitus, and inflammatory conditions occurring during pregnancy (e.g., bacterial infections).
