18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Postpartum women who underwent pelvic floor rehabilitation examination within 1 year after delivery; 2. Complete data of serum 25-(OH)D levels and pelvic floor muscle function assessment during the study period; 3. Complete clinical medical records.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pre-pregnancy or gestational chronic pelvic pain, history of pelvic floor surgery, or organic pelvic lesions; 2. Thyroid disease, chronic kidney disease, autoimmune diseases, or severe liver/kidney dysfunction; 3. High-dose Vitamin D supplementation (>1000IU/d) or pelvic floor interventions within the last 3 months; 4. Missing core data (VitD or pelvic floor reports) or key baseline information; 5. Special cases: multiple pregnancy, macrosomia, or severe pelvic floor lacerations.
