Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Healthy children aged 0-6 years old (confirmed to have no acute or chronic diseases based on physical examination records and guardian questionnaires), 2. Strictly comply with age gender stratification quotas (0-6 months for infants, 7-1 years for older infants, 1-6 years for children, with equal gender distribution), 3. Written informed consent signed by the guardian, 4. Last vaccination interval>7 days (to avoid immune response interfering with coagulation indicators)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Premature birth (gestational age 37.5°C) or acute infection within 24 hours before enrollment.
