Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Current university students or graduate students; 2. Meet the insomnia criteria according to the Insomnia Severity Index (usually ISI total score >= 8 or 10); or Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) > 7 points; 3. Willing and able to sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Suffering from other severe sleep disorders (such as sleep apnea, restless leg syndrome); 2. Having severe mental disorders or suicide risk; 3. Having a history of substance abuse; 4. Secondary insomnia caused by physical illness or medication.
