Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Hot Environment Exposure Control Group: 1. Voluntary participation in the study with signed informed consent; 2. Aged between 18 and 75 years (inclusive); 3. Self-reported absence of metabolic diseases (e.g., diabetes mellitus, hyperlipidemia, and hyperuricemia) and no clinical signs of metabolic disorders upon examination. Heat Stroke Patients: 1. Diagnosis made according to the Diagnostic Standard for Occupational Heat Stroke(GBZ41-2002), specifically: a history of high-temperature exposure accompanied by primary clinical manifestations such as elevated body temperature, muscle cramps, or syncope, with other similar diseases excluded; 2. Signed informed consent and agreement to participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Hot Environment Exposure Control Group: 1. History of medication use within the past month; 2. Presence of other concurrent diseases. Heat Stroke Patients: 1. History of medication use within the past month; 2. Receipt of organ transplantation, allogeneic bone marrow transplantation, stem cell transplantation, or blood transfusion within 30 days prior to blood sampling; 3. History of chronic alcoholism, psychiatric disorders, or substance abuse.
