Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.aged 18–65 years; 2.diagnosed with GAD according to the International Classification of Diseases, 10th Revision (ICD-10); 3.underwent polysomnography (PSG) in the sleep laboratory;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.comorbid mental disorders other than GAD (e.g., current or past manic, depressive, or obsessive-compulsive episodes); 2.uncontrolled severe physical illnesses; 3.predominant central sleep apnea syndrome (CSA); 4.history of substance abuse (e.g., alcohol or drug dependence).
