Control Group:Ultrasound-guided percutaneous transhepatic gallbladder puncture and drainage (conventional dilation catheter drainage)

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. All patients gave informed consent. 2. They met the diagnostic criteria of AC. 3. Age range: 18 to 80 years old. 4. They had indications for surgical treatment. 5. Their coagulation function was normal.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Lack of general information; 2. Allergic reactions to the materials and drugs used in this study; 3. Patients with acute pancreatitis or other acute abdominal conditions or severe ascites; 4. Severe organic diseases of major organs such as the heart, liver, and kidneys; 5. Previous history of large-scale surgeries related to the gallbladder, etc.
