Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for essential hypertension; 2. Complicated with frailty (assessed by the Fried Frailty Phenotype Scale; score >= 1 points); 3. Aged >= 60 years old; 4. Normal cognitive comprehension ability with unimpaired expression and communication skills; 5. Able to master the usage of electronic wristbands; 6. Voluntarily sign informed consent for this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients in the acute phase of chronic diseases or with severe complications; 2. Patients with limb dysfunction affecting physical activity; 3. Patients diagnosed with mental disorders or cognitive impairment; 4. Those participating in other clinical research simultaneously.
