Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.True bifurcation lesions requiring POT; 2.Side branch lesion with a diameter >= 1.5 mm;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Age < 18 years; 2.Side branch lesion diameter < 1.5 mm; 3.Patients unsuitable for PCI (e.g., limited life expectancy, small vessel disease); 4.PCI contraindications as defined by guidelines; 5.Presence of thrombus within the lesion; 6.Participation in another randomized interventional study that interferes with this protocol; 7.Prior coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG); 8.Unsuccessful PCI within the recent period (within 30 days); 9.Decompensated congestive heart failure or hospitalization for heart failure within the past 3 months; 10.Left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) < 30%; 11.Severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD); 12.Severe valvular heart disease; 13.Patients unable to provide consent (e.g., due to neurological impairment) were excluded for inability to provide informed consent.
