First and second cycle groups:Develop and refine the management protocol for adult inpatients with DIVA based on action research, then apply it to patients in the observation group

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age=18 years; 2.Establishment of peripheral intravenous access in the ward; 3.Voluntarily participated in the study and provided informed consent;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.With peripheral intravenous access in place; 2.Cognitive dysfunction or communication disorder;
